On 2 June 2026, the Bank of Russia officially warned that StocksBull and Alphascheme (the websites stocksbull.com and alphascheme.com) have been added to the "List of companies with identified signs of illegal activity in the financial market". Signs of an illegal professional securities market participant were found — in other words, broker services without a licence. Details from the warning: Websites: stocksbull.com, alphascheme.com. Scammers often change website addresses, phone numbers and names, so a similar website with a different address may be the same scheme. What to do: do not transfer money, do not install remote access software, and do not send photos of your documents or your card details. Before trusting a company with your money, look it up in the directory of financial market participants on the Bank of Russia website (cbr.ru) and contact it only using the details from the official register, not from a website or an email. If you have already paid, keep your messages and receipts and contact your bank, the police and the relevant authorities.
