Rules and moderation
Antiscam is a community scam registry. People share their experience, and moderators make sure entries are honest, specific and useful.
We never call or message first
The Antiscam team never contacts people or companies by phone, messenger or email offering to remove, change or publish an entry. We never ask for payment — not for removal, not for publication, not for a "fast-track review" and not for "closing a complaint".
If someone calls or messages you on behalf of Antiscam and asks for money, they are scammers. Do not pay, do not open their links, and report them: add their contacts to the registry to warn others.
We do not remove or publish entries for money
No entry and no review on Antiscam is ever published or removed for a fee. We do not sell "verified" badges and do not accept advertising from "investment" projects or "money recovery" services. This is our main principle: if entries could be bought or removed for money, nobody could trust the registry.
If someone offers to "remove an entry from Antiscam" or "post a review" for money, they are a scammer and have nothing to do with us. Please tell us about such offers.
How we check entries
A moderator checks every entry and every review by hand before it is published. Until it has been checked, it is not visible on the site.
- we check that a real situation is described: how they got in touch, what they promised, how much money was involved;
- we remove other people's personal data: passport details, home addresses, photos of documents;
- we do not publish insults, threats, advertising or entries without facts;
- entries based on official warnings from financial regulators are published with a link to the source.
If an entry is published, it has passed this check. It stays on the site to warn other people.
Entries are people's experience
Entries and reviews reflect the personal experience and opinion of their authors. We check them against our rules and common sense, but we do not replace a court or the police. The "Scam" and "Trustworthy" ratings are given by visitors. Before you send money, also check the company in official registers.
If an entry contains a mistake
Sometimes a number is written with a typo or has long since passed to another person. We handle such requests free of charge:
- leave a review on the entry (the form at the bottom of the entry page): explain the situation and say how we can contact you;
- message our Telegram bot @antiscamhub_info_bot: open the entry, tap "Leave a review" and explain the situation;
- or write to [palamalaskama@outlook.com](mailto:palamalaskama@outlook.com) and include a link to the entry.
If the mistake is confirmed, we will correct the entry or publish your explanation next to it. You do not need to pay for this — and nobody has the right to demand money from you in our name.
What must not be published
- passport details, home addresses, photos of documents or children;
- knowingly false accusations and entries posted "for revenge";
- threats, insults, advertising and links to suspicious sites.
