KRAZ (Krajowy Rejestr Agencji Zatrudnienia) is the Polish government register of employment agencies. To operate legally in Poland, an agency must be entered in this register. You can check an agency for free by its name or number. Important: according to EURES, Polish agencies are not allowed to charge job seekers money for finding them work. The only exception is the actual costs of sending someone to work abroad (travel, visa, medical check-up, translations), and only if they are set out in the contract. How to use it safely: • Check the address in your browser's address bar: scammers make copies of official websites with similar addresses. It is safer to type the address yourself than to follow a link from a message. • Even on an official portal, job ads are posted by the employers themselves. Check the company in your country's government register and do not pay strangers for "processing", "reserving a place" or a "visa". • If an ad asks you to write only via Telegram or WhatsApp, promises a salary much higher than usual and asks for an upfront payment, these are signs of fraud.
