On 26 August 2026, Luxembourg's Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) officially warned that the website melzapay.com operates under the name MelzaPay S.A. and gives a registered address in Luxembourg, but it is not supervised by the CSSF and is not authorised to provide investment or other financial services.
