"HFX Capital | Investment" — Telegram
On 11 June 2026, the Bank of Russia officially warned that the Telegram channel "HFX Capital | Investment" has been added to the "List of companies with identified signs of illegal activity in the financial market". The Bank of Russia found signs of a "financial pyramid" (Ponzi scheme): earlier participants are paid out of new participants' money, and sooner or later the scheme collapses and most investors lose their money. Details from the warning: Websites: t.me/HFXCapitalInvestmentBot. Scammers often change website addresses, phone numbers and names, so a similar website with a different address may be the same scheme. What to do: do not transfer money, do not install remote access software, and do not send photos of your documents or your card details. Before trusting a company with your money, look it up in the directory of financial market participants on the Bank of Russia website (cbr.ru) and contact it only using the details from the official register, not from a website or an email. If you have already paid, keep your messages and receipts and contact your bank, the police and the relevant authorities. @investlink_kz, @manager_crypto_trader — impersonating Investlink Ltd
On 29 September 2026, the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA, Kazakhstan) officially warned that the Telegram channel t.me/investlink_kz and the account @manager_crypto_trader promoted "copy trading" schemes in the name of Investlink Ltd and took control of people's trading accounts. Investlink Ltd confirmed that it is not connected with them and that its AFSA licence was used without permission. Look for the real company's official resources in the AFSA register. Details from the warning: Websites: t.me/investlink_kz. Scammers often change website addresses, phone numbers and names, so a similar website with a different address may be the same scheme. On 15 September 2026, Luxembourg's Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) officially warned that unknown persons are pretending to be Permira Management S.à r.l. — a licensed manager of alternative investment funds — and are using an email address and Portuguese phone numbers to contact people. Djup Fondstad
Djup Fondstad calls and writes to people in Norway and offers them investments, even though it does not have permission from the Norwegian financial regulator Finanstilsynet to provide investment services. On 17 August 2026, Finanstilsynet issued an official warning. According to the regulator, the advertising uses the names and faces of well-known people without permission, and fake "articles" are spread that were supposedly published by the TV channel NRK and the programme Debatten. This is a typical scheme: a fake news story about a celebrity's "secret way to make money", then a call from a "personal manager" and a request to make a first deposit. Finanstilsynet advises not to sign any agreements with the company and not to transfer money to it. If you see an "investment" ad featuring a celebrity, it is almost always a scam: real media outlets and famous people do not publish such offers.
